How to Remove Office Upload Center icon From System Tray
If you open and use any office 2010 application you will find a small icon at the bottom right side corner of you system. You can disable it by changing upload centre settings. Go to start --> Programes --> Microsoft Office --> Microsoft Office 2010 Tools and click Upload centre and uncheck the box display icon in the notification area.

it hides the icon but the process is still running on the background.
i don't want to start the process at all.
