Easy way to move paragraph text or row in a table - MS Word document

Normally to move a paragraph or a row in Microsoft Word document most of us use cut and paste function.  Instead you can try the following.

Place cursor at any place on a paragraph.  Press and holddown Alt+Shift keys and use up or down arrow to move the paragraph up or down.

Same trick also works for rows in a table.
