Browse images / tables etc by clicking object browser in Word 2007 file [marked as red square in the image].

Click this button and a small popup window opens as shown in the image. If you want to view images one after another click image button on the popup window and use shortcut key Ctrl+Page Down or PageUp to view all images in the document.

Similarly if you want to browse Tables inserted in the word 2007 page, click Table icon in the popup window it will take you to the first table then use Ctrl+Page Down or PageUp to view other tables.
